At the East Sussex Hearing Resource Centre, we have a comprehensive range of equipment available for people to try. This equipment or 'assistive devices' can be demonstrated during our drop-in days.

Alarm Clocks
With loud rings/flashing lights/under the pillow vibrating pads
Telephones
Amplified telephones ~ telephone alerters ~ textphones
Loop Systems
Portable loop systems (these can help to hear a TV clearly) ~ infra-red systems
Other
Paging systems ~ smoke alarms

The Centre does not sell any equipment, however we can give information about all products we demonstrate and where they can be purchased. It may be possible to obtain some equipment from Adult Social Care and we can make the necessary referral for you.
